Rick Burley – Founder / Partner / Owner

Rick has been a proprietor at Interstate since 1973. Together with his family, they acquired the company and, aided by an exceptional team, transformed it into a prominent player in the manufacturing sector. Rick's athletic prowess extends to his collegiate years, having played baseball for the University of Texas, where he's recognized as a leader in various statistical categories. Rick is retired but is engaged and active strategically.

Bobby Stauter – Partner / Owner

Bobby is a US Marine and an engineer by trade. He was raised in the fastener business and has earned the nickname “Wiki Bobby” for is expert knowledge on manufacturing processes and overall industry knowledge. He is recognized one of the most knowledgeable people in the industry.

Rick Stone - President / Owner

Rick joined Interstate in August 2016 following a three-decade tenure in the telecommunications sector. A passionate team-builder, he delights in assembling groups, whether in sales or on the field coaching youth sports in the Dallas area for many years. Rick harbors aspirations of penning a book, drawing from his wealth of experiences in youth sports. An avid sports enthusiast, he fervently backs Dallas college and professional teams.

Mike Hudson – Director of Operations

Mike joins us with over 35 years of experience in the retail wireless industry, bringing a wealth of expertise to his role. His seasoned professionalism has swiftly left a notable mark on our production department culture. Hailing from Nebraska, Mike pursued baseball during his college years. An intriguing tidbit about him is the magnificent pool area at his residence, featuring a stunning hand-painted mural. It's a picturesque oasis reminiscent of the finest hotel settings.

Daniel Croll – Quality Manager

Daniel has dedicated six years to ITP, culminating in his recent promotion to Quality Manager. His journey within the company included roles as an Inventory Control Specialist, Safety Captain, and Quality Support. Outside of work, Daniel cherishes time with his wife, three children, and numerous grandchildren. His professional foundation comes from the soft drink beverage industry.

Bobby Stauter III– Maintenance Manager

Bobby Stauter III has been immersed in the fastener business from a young age, learning the ropes alongside his father. With expertise as a skilled CNC designer and operator, he comprehends the intricacies of manufacturing and the maintenance essential to its support. Beyond his professional pursuits, Bobby is a devoted father and husband, bringing both his technical prowess and personal commitment to any team he's a part of.
